Everest Panorama trek is known as Tengboche Monastery Trek is an easy and short trek to Everest.You will get the best views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and Thamserku from Tengboche.The trek begins at Lukla after a short flight from Kathmandu, and continue trek to Tengboche Monastery at 3800 m, the highest point of the trek via Phakding and Namche Bazaar. Tengboche is the best vantage point to see Panoramic view of the Himalayas. The moderate difficulty grade, Everest Panorama Trek is suitable for families with children to seniors private and group trekkers. This is a wonderful trek to experience the beauty of lower Everest trek. The panoramic view of Everest and other giant Himalayas is spectacular.

Difficulty of Everest Panorama Trek is moderate. No prior trekking experience is necessary.The trek is suitable for all age group trekkers.You have to walk normally 5 to 6 hours on each day trek. The 9 days Everest Panorama trek is doable if you are physically fit and never mind to walk for a couple of hours on a rugged mountain trails.
Best Time to Trek
Spring (March to May) and Autumn (mid-September to November) are the best time trek to Everest Panorama. Because, the weather is dry and clear offering the stunning views of Himalayas. During spring, the hillside is colorful with wildflowers, and the trails are embellished with colorful rhododendron. The Autumn features a clear sky with fresh air and pleasant temperature.The trek is doable in winter as well if you bear the cold, yet want to play with snow and love snow walking.If you trek around October, you can celebrate the Mani Rimdu festival, the most important festival in the Everest region. The festival helds Tengboche.
Trek Permit
Two major permits-Sagarmatha National Park and Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality entry permit are required for Everest Panorama trek.Our company, Mission Eco Trek will handle and arrange this trek permit for you. Accommodation on Trek
Basic to luxurious options for meals and accommodation on the trek. Please let us know the service you want and enjoy your trek to the fullest. Basically, tea house and lodges are warm, comfortable with all the basic services. Basic rooms with twin beds for two people and common toilet for all. Some lodges offer rooms with private, attached bathrooms. Thus, you can upgrade it if you want to. In the beds, you will get pillows, mattresses and blankets. Besides, there will be a big living room where you can eat and relax meeting with other trekkers.You have to pay extra cost for Wifi, hot showers, boiled water and miscellaneous services. 
In luxurious accommodation, you will get deluxe rooms with attached bathrooms, hot showers, electric blankets, charging plots, wi-fi, and more. Besides, comfortable accommodation, you will get a variety of national and international cuisines.
Food on the Trek
The Food is basic, but fresh, nutritious, and sufficient for you to walk for miles. The most popular food on the trek is dal bhat i.e. boiled rice with lentil soup and seasonal vegetable is the best choice you can eat as much as you want and is fully nutritious. Here is a popular saying ‘Dal Bhat Power’ 24 hours. You can have it either as your lunch/dinner or both. Besides this, you can choose a wide range of food options from the Menu. For breakfast like boiled/fried eggs, omelets, boiled/fried noodles, french toast, porridge, oats/muesli, tea, coffee, hot chocolate.For lunch and dinner like soups (mushrooms, chicken, garlic, seasonal vegetables), Dal Bhat, Macaroni, spring rolls (chicken, veg, mixed, cheese), fried potatoes, meat steak, pizza (cheese, meat), lasagna, and more depending on the teahouses. Deserts like fruit pie, chocolate cake, rice pudding, chocolate pancakes and chocolate bars. Breakfast and Dinner, you have to eat at the tea houses where you stayed  and lunch on the way. It is nice to carry snacks like snickers, cookies and fruits to eat midway

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu(1300m)
Arrive in Kathmandu at any time. We will welcome you there and take you to hotel and explain the trip further. There are no planned activities for the day, so enjoy your overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding(2652m, 3 hours)
Early morning transfer to the airport for Lukla flight. The flight to Lukla is a lifetime experience in itself, we then trek to Phakding with an arresting, green landscape with the view of Kusum Kangraru. Overnight at guesthouse in Phakding.
Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar(3440m, 6 hours)
We follow the Dudh Koshi, ascending through Himalayan pine and cedar forests, to the celebrated village of Namche Bazaar. The village of Namche is a historic trading post where Nepalese and Tibetan traders exchange salt, dried meat and textiles. Besides being a splendid destination to shop for traditional crafts, Namche remains the central trading post in the Khumbu that attracts Himalayan and lowland merchants. You will spend two days at Namche for acclimatization, visit local markets and spend time with your team. On the hike we capture our first glimpses of Everest and neighboring peaks. Overnight at guesthouse in Namche Bazaar.
Day 04:  Namche Bazar - Everest View Hotel - Return
This is a day for acclimatization; we will hike to Syangboche Airport (3700m), the supposed to the highest airport in the world. Then continue climbing to Everest View Hotel for great panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Amadablam, Tawache etc. On the way back visit Sherpa Culture Museum and Everest Photo Gallery. Overnight at guesthouse in Namche.
Day 05: Trek to Tengboche (3860m, 5 hours)
The flat and easy trail leads towards the view of Mt. Everest, then descends deep into the Dudh Kosi Valley at Pungki Thanka; from here it ascends the right flank of the Dudh Kosi valley to Tengboche Monastery (3860m). It is the spiritual center of the Khumbu; the climb is long, but more than adequately compensated by views of Mt. Amadablam and on a clear day, views of Mt. Everest and its surrounding peaks. Overnight at guesthouse in Tengboche.
Day 06: Trek to Namche (3440m) via Khumjung village (3700m, 6 hours)
Descend Pungki Thanka and complete steep to Khumjung village where we visit Hilary School and Khumjung monastery then easy trek down to Namche. Overnight at guesthouse in Namche
Day 07: Trek to Lukla (2800m, 7 hours)
The trek continues along the Dudh Kosi River to the small mountain airstrip at Lukla, where you will catch your return flight to Kathmandu. Overnight at guesthouse in Lukla.
Day 08: Fly back to Kathmandu
30-minutes amazing scenic fly back to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu with breakfast.
Day 09: Kathmandu Airport
Approximately 3 hours before the scheduled flight, we will take you to the airport to get your flight back to  home.

Nepal Visa 
You will get Nepal visa easily upon your arrival at Kathmandu Airport.For this, two copies of passport size photos is necessary. The cost of the tourist visa with Multiple Entries for 30 days is USD 50 or equivalent foreign currency. Similarly, a tourist visa with Multiple Entries for 90 days costs USD 125. Likewise, you can also apply for a visa via an online application and payment.
Drinking Water
We highly recommend you to carry your own reusable bottles. You can refill your bottles from the teahouses where you stay. Also, you can buy bottle water and order boiled water at an extra cost. If needed, we can refill the drinking water on the way as well.It is nice to bring with you water filter or water purification tablets if you want to drink the Spring water.
Altitude Sickness
Tengboche is the highest point of the trek which is at an altitude of 3800 m. So, there is less probability of altitude sickness.Please walk up slowly, avoid alcohol and keep you re-hydrate to get rid of altitude mountain sickness(AMS) 
Preparation for the Trek
No intense strength training is necessary for this trek. Simply, focus on the exercises that will improve your core strength and endurance like walking on the treadmill, aerobic training, running, jogging, rowing, and swimming.
Walking on mountain is not easy since the trail is narrow ups and downs.The journey is tougher. Thus, it’s better to prepare your body and mid for it like carrying some loads and wear comfortable gear.It gives you a true feeling of the trek you’re going to.Also, do take care of your mental health while traveling. You need to have a good mental state as it adds more energy and preparedness.Likewise, meditation and yoga ensures safe and sound mental health. Along with training, please keep sense on your diet too. It is nice to have balance diet including calories, protein and minerals that you can get from green vegetables, meat, fruits, milk, curd, and so on.
Flight and Travel Information
Everest Panorama trek starts with a scenic mountain flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. Lukla is the most challenging airport due to its high altitude and short runway. Despite all the challenges, you will get the once in a lifetime experience and enjoy it thoroughly.The flight you take to Lukla will be on a small plane. The spaces in between the seats are narrow as well. The seats will depend on the airlines you’re traveling by. But, the flight gives you the best view of the Himalayas.
If you want to avoid flights, you have two other options. You can either charter a helicopter or take the route from Salleri. The cost of chartering a helicopter to Lukla is USD 500 per person. So, it might affect the budget you planned before. Whereas, to reach Salleri, you’ll have to take a long drive alongside the Sunkoshi river and valleys like Okhaldhunga. You’ll travel for about 12 hours to get there.
