15 days Annapurna Base Camp Trek Route
Nayapul, Phedi, and Kande are the beginning point of the trek where you can reach after a short drive from Pokhara. The route goes through Tikhedhunga, Ghorepani Poon Hill, Tadapani, Chhomrong, Bamboo and Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp. ABC offers 360 degree Mountain View. Accommodations on 15 days Annapurna Base Camp Trek
You don’t need to worry for an overnight stay in Annapurna base camp. You will find a neat and clean tea houses where you will sleep and eat. The accommodation is very basic like twin sharing bed rooms and dormitory rooms with 3 to 6 beds in a room.
Network and Wifi-Signal
A good signal of network almost all the places in the trek. There is also WiFi, hot shower, battery charging facilities in every tea house but it costs additional.
Seasons for Annapurna Base Camp Trek 15 days
Spring and autumn are best seasons for Annapurna base camp Trek. Winter trek to Annapurna base camp is quiet and less crowded than spring and autumn, but it is colder. A high risk of upcoming avalanche in the winter season occurs. Annapurna base camp trek in summer(rainy season) is not highly recommend since no clear visibility of the mountain and also leeches, everyday rainfall and landslides may disturb the trek to ABC.
Preparation for Mt Annapurna Base Camp Trek
It needs at least 8 weeks preparation for this trek. The brisk walks, gym, yoga, aerobics and then do brisk jogs help to improve your cardio. It is nice to cover 10 km in less than 60 minutes comfortably by the time starting the trek.
ABC Trek-Weather and Temperatures
Spring and autumn are two distinct seasons to trek to Annapurna base camp. In spring, you will find patches of hard snow at higher altitude, the temperature during the day is slightly warmer than in Autumn, when there won’t be any snow on the trek in Autumn. Even the air is different.
While spring is moist, autumn is dry and crisp. In autumn, the temperature is between 15 °C and 22 °C in the day time and at night time, it will drop between 5 °C and -5 °C. Likewise, in the spring, the temperature is between 20 °C and 24 °C and it will go down between 10 °C and -5 °C in the night.
Documents for 15 day Trekking to Annapurna Base Camp
The two permits are necessary to carry during the Annapurna base camp trip. These are the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) entry permit that costs -US $ 30 and the Trekkers’ Information Management System (TIMS) entry card which costs- US $20. ABC Trek Difficulty
You may face much difficulty in Annapurna Base Camp trek. It is a moderate-difficulty level trek. All physically fit hikers of any age group can enjoy the trek without any previous trek experience. All you should aware of what to expect and prepare mentally for it.
The highest elevation you will reach at 4190 m, the Annapurna base camp. The trail is frequently uphill and downhill in the mountains, going through villages, forest and river cascade valley. We walk 5 to 6 hour per day in average. Trekking in the mountains is not easy as you think.
Annapurna Base Camp Trek 15 Days Package

Meals on 15 days Annapurna Base Camp Trek
Three meals-breakfast, lunch and dinner are inclusive in the trek. You may choose meals from Teahouse menu offers veg and non-veg foods. Non-veg(meat items) are not really recommended in the mountain which are not fresh and hygienic that creates stomach cramps or problem. You may have dal bhat, noodle, soup, porridge, pancake, bread, pizza, fried rice, curry, macaroni, spaghetti, boiled egg, omlette, hot and cold drinks.
Electricity and Charging Battery
You can charge batteries en route. For this, you need to bring your charger. There are hot shower facilities as well. You may have to pay a certain amount for it.
Money Matter
There are no ATM on this trek route. You have to draw enough cash from Pokhara or Kathmandu. There are many ATMs in these cities. Everything you do is in Nepali rupees. So, you need to carry enough Nepali currency before you set off for the ABC trek.
WiFi and Internet
You will have enough Internet access in most places. Sometimes, there might be some technical problems. Internet in Nepal is not as fast as you in your home country and at losing connection is very common at times.
ABC Trek Guide and Porter
For ABC trek, pay for guides range from $25 to $35 per day and porters take $20 to $30 per day.
Tipping for Annapurna Base Camp Trek
People have become used to receiving tips. However, there is no set amount as tipping is a westerner created culture. They will be happy to receive what you see fit to give. If you feel confused, trekkers have taken 15% of the total pay as the standard.

Passport
Your passport has a minimum of 6 months validity remaining. Your passport details are required to complete your booking. Please ensure that you provide accurate passport details. Any errors provided may result in extra fees for making corrections in booking. We recommend taking copies of the main passport pages and other important documents with you as well as leave copies at home with family or friends.
Nepal Visa
All foreign nationals require a visa to enter Nepal. Visas are obtainable from embassies abroad or on arrival at Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan airport. If getting the visa at the airport be prepared for long queues. You will also need to provide one passport photo and the following fees in US dollars cash only: Multi entry visa valid for 15 days – US $30: Multi Entry Visa for 30 days – US $50 and multiple entry visa valid for 90 days – US $125.
