Day 04:Machha Khola (930 m) – Jagat (1340 m, 11km, 5-6 hours)
Day 05:Jagat (1340 m) – Deng (1860 m, 12km, 6 hours)
Day 06:Deng (1860 m) – Namrung (2630 m, 15km, 7-8 hours)
